Make-A-Wish International’s immediate need was to employ people in Canada. They were unable to do so since they were based in the Netherlands.
They needed EOR services in Canada and other locations to achieve their expansion goals.

Partnering with Skuad, Make-A-Wish seamlessly employed 2 candidates in Canada — without any hassles around admin or compliance.
The first step was to understand the roles and work hours of these contractors. Since they were going to work full time and expected benefits, it made sense to employ them as full-time employees.
1. For Make-a-Wish: Our dedicated CSM team helped Make-a-Wish understand Skuad’s platform and processes, and onboarded them seamlessly.
2. For their employees: We functioned as Make-a-Wish’s HR team in Canada, managing the onboarding process.
Skuad manages the entire employment lifecycle of all full-time employees. We became the Legal Employer in Canada and helped them manage local compliances around payments, taxes and benefits.
